DESCRIPTION::
On Monday morning (19 August), an Israeli airstrike targeted the town of Abra in Houla, resulting in two deaths. The villages of Hanine and Aïta el-Chaab were also hit. The Israeli military also fired heavy machine guns at forests near the Blue Line, affecting the areas of Naqoura, Jabal el-Labbouné, and Jabal el-Alam. Israeli media reported alarm sirens in Zarit and Shetula in Upper Galilee and in Acre and Nahariya following an explosion from a drone launched from southern Lebanon in the Israeli settlement of Yaara, resulting in one death and over six injuries.
