DESCRIPTION::
The Nigerien army has reported the arrest of 13 terrorist suspects, their accomplices, and cattle thieves during an operation in the western part of the country. The Defense and Security Forces (FDS) conducted the operation between February 22 and 23 in several villages in the Téra department, Tillabéry region. The arrested individuals, described as criminals, were apprehended during patrols in the villages of Bafalé, Konam, Talcho, Tondia, and Libiri.
