Mozambique Repatriates Eight of 14 Mozambican Minors Trafficked to South Africa

The Mozambican Attorney General's Office, through the National Reference Group for Child Protection and Combating Trafficking, has repatriated eight of the 14 Mozambican minors trafficked by a Chinese factory into Gauteng, South Africa. Rescued in May by South African police, the boys from Gaza province were trafficked in January. The repatriation followed legal coordination between Mozambican and South African authorities.
