DESCRIPTION::
The Malian Armed Forces repelled a terrorist attack in the Ségou region on the night of February 20, 2024. Armed terrorists attempted a nighttime incursion into the town of Niono, but the Malian army swiftly reacted, engaging in a firefight that resulted in the neutralization of several attackers and the capture of others.
