On the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, February 14, drone strikes were carried out on a fuel sales point in Talhandak, a village in the far North of Mali, by what is described as the "Wagner-Fama terrorist coalition" - a reference to the Malian armed forces.
The Permanent Strategic Framework (CSP), an alliance of armed rebel groups predominantly Tuareg, condemned the attack, stating that it resulted in the deaths of seven people of Chadian and Nigerien nationality, with others still trapped under the rubble. The CSP denounced these repeated acts of terrorism targeting innocent people and civilian infrastructure.
