The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has accused the Nigerian military of attacking ethnic Igbos. IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, said the Nigerian military burning down houses in Uli, Anambra State, under the guise of looking for criminals. He recalled that on Sunday, January 28 2024, the Nigerian military invaded the peaceful community of Uli in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State and burnt down many homes and other properties of Igbo indigenes.
