DESCRIPTION::
In Katsina State, Nigeria, five bandits attacked the residence of Mallam Suleiman Mai Rake in Unguwar Yayyara, Yantumaki village, killing him and stealing two cows. The victim was the father of Isa Bawa Yantumaki, a member of the Katsina Community Watch Corps. Earlier, a group of bandits from Madachi forest struck Ungwar Damari in Sabuwa LGA, killing Shehu Armaya'u, a member of the Katsina Security Watch Corps, along with two others. Despite efforts by security forces, over 100 locals have been abducted, and numerous lives lost in the past month alone.
